How will I know if my order has been processed?
We will send a confirmation email once your purchase has been sent. If you do not see an email in your inbox within 24 hours, please check your junk and spam folders.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If you are dis-satisfied in anyway please contact us immediately within 24 hrs of receiving for your item via our email address sales@b-coalition.com. Please remember we are only human and errors do unfortunately occur due to the high volume of items we ship daily.

All our items are returnable within 14 days if a genuine fault in the item is found. Any refund or exchange if issued is done so minus shipping costs.
